Focused Flow is a simple sequence of twists, folds and bends, based in Hatha yoga, designed to release physical and emotional tension in the body.

Flow

Focused Flow is like a massage for the whole body, allowing Prana (breath, life force, energy) to flow more freely.

Carefully curated playlists to enhance your experience.

Class begins with a grounding meditation and ends with a beautiful guided relaxation.

Accessible

Clear instructions, so the class is accessible to all. Not full of impossible postures, or words you don’t understand.
